Do I have to pay to take part in this service?
- All you have to do is register and start bidding. At the bidding time you just have to buy credits. The credit options are on the "My Account" page.
Are the items used? - No, all of the items for sale are brand new.
What process is involved to make a winning bid?
- After you sign up to TheNewBid.com, you select the item you want to bid on and place a bid.
- Members may bid as often as they wish on available items. Each valid bid will be documented in the "My Account" part of our website.
- A bid credit/s will be charged for each valid bid.
- The successful Bidder will receive a notification email directing them to confirm their order within five business days. The auctioned item will be processed and shipped to the address on record for the successful Bidder.
How much does it cost to bid?
- For each bid it costs one Bid Credit, Bid Credits can be purchased in the "My Account" page.
Can I auction my own things? - No
Is this a lottery? - No, in a lottery things are left to chance. In a lowest bid auction the bidder can affect the result and outcome of the auction. You bid to secure the purchase of a product, therefore the goods are for sale and not prizes. What is a Unique Bid?
- A bid is unique when there hasn't been another bidder bidding the same amount. A unique bid wins each auction. When can I submit bids?
- Bidders may submit valid bids at anytime of day or night that an auction is still open.
Can I cancel or change my bid after it has been submitted and confirmed?
- All valid submitted bids are final and cannot be cancelled or changed.
How much is the shipping on each item?
- Shipping is FREE!!

How do I receive the product if I am the Winning Bidder?
- Successful Bidders will receive an email notification. Upon receipt of the winning bid amount from the winning bidder, the item will be shipped to the address on record for the successful Bidder. All items will be shipped standard ground shipping via a carrier of TheNewBid.com's choosing. Can I review the auctions I've entered?

Why can't I log in?
- You must first register and confirm your registration via email to log in.
It says my email address is invalid when I try logging in.
- Make sure you're using the valid email address that was used when you registered. If you changed your email address in my Details then you must log in with your new one. Also make sure your email address is in the proper format. If problems persist please tell us by clicking on Contact Us.
